This wasn't as large as needed for a 6'2" man . It might be helpful for a smaller person. I wouldn't say sleeping on it comfortable but it may help if you have neck problems.

I've been using Tempur-Pedic pillows for about five years and I can't switch to anything else. I recently purchased two more, including the TEMPUR-Cloud pillow, and they are incredibly comfortable. I bought one of these with my bed years ago and it did well for about a year before I went back to standard pillows. I decided to try this one again thinking maybe something had changed for the better but unfortunately I could inly last a week with the new one. Caused sever neck pain for me. However, I had gotten it along with an ADJUSTABLE pillow - I would skip this and go to that instead.

I have a Tempur-pedic mattress i purchased awhile ago and i love it. I also have the travel pillow and comfort pillow which I also love. This pillow is terrible. I purchased it as a BOGO and upon receiving it I opened one pillow and used it for 3 nights and it was a total disappointment. It was so flat I couldn't sleep comfortably and it ended up hurting my neck. I am truly disappointed your company offers this product.

The pillows arrived and are very musty smelling. Customer services says this a normal by product of the manufacturing process so not a defect so no return. They tell me it will continue for about 2 weeks or longer. I tried to sleep with it and woke with headaches and rip-roaring sinuses. Just beware. I love our mattress. Just not the stinky pillows

I wish I would've known about tempur cloud pillow sooner. It's the most comfortable pillow I ever slept on and experience. I wake up refreshed and no pain. That was my biggest complaint with other pillows, that it would hurt my neck. Tempur cloud pillow feels like it cradles my neck. We recently purchase the Tempur-Pedic Cloud + Cooling Pillow (King Size) and while it's comfortable, it didn't quite live up to the quality we've come to expect from Tempur-Pedic.
The cooling feature isn't as effective as our previous Tempur-Pedic pillow, it just doesn't stay cool through the night like the old one did. And while it's soft and comfortable, it's not as firm or supportive as we'd hoped.
Overall, it's a decent pillow and we are using it, but we do miss the stronger support and better cooling performance of our past Tempur-Pedic pillows.

In my opinion this pillow is not supportive at all. Too soft and too low. I hardly use this pillow.
I was expecting to get a heavier firmer pillow. Not too firm, but firmer than this one. The description read this pillow is good for side and back sleepers. I don't think so at all. There is no support. I personally will not recommend.

My son was always talking about how great this pillow was but I was very skeptical because I have never found a pillow that made me comfortable at night even other memory foam pillows. I ordered two to have at the house when my son and his wife come to visit and my son said, "just try one." I was skeptical at first and now, someone does not get the extra pillow when they visit because I took it! Very happy and waking up much more comfortable no more jaw pain from sleeping on an uncomfortable pillow.
