Product does nothing to support. Side sleeping or otherwise is impossible because head sinks practically to mattress. Entirely too expensive for an unusable product that is also not returnable. Neither myself or husband could use this pillow. Even cats won't lay on it.

Not worth a dime goes flat when lay your head on its like you have no pillow under your head. I am trying to have Boscov to take back and get your money back. We Have Breeze 2.0 (1 ) Pro hi king and ( 1 ) prolo 2.0 king . Would never recommend this pillows anyone with neck or back problems.

This pillow felt really comfy at the start but before the night was over, it was completely flat and I was basically sleeping on the mattress, worsening my neck pain. I chose the Lo profile instead of the High profile because the high profile in the past put my head too high creating an odd angle. Regardless doesn't seem this pillow will hold its firmness.

I love this pillow, It's memory foam material is the best I've tried, it will adjust to your body and is quick to rebound. The pillow cover is removable so you can wash it, it is also made of silky smooth materials making for a very comfortable night's sleep. As for cooling, I did not a difference either way, so don't get this pillow for the cooling, get it for how amazingly comfortable it is. After waking for years with full body aches, after getting a new mattress, after getting a body pillow, I read about this pillow in NYT Wirecutter. From the first night, I have slept soundly and awakened with no ache at all. My neck is fine, my back is fine. Profound improvement.

I purchased this pillow to replace a ten-year-old high-end Tempur-Pedic, and while it definitely sleeps a little bit cooler, which is nice, it's as firm as the one I was replacing. That's either a credit to the craftsmanship that went into the pillow 10 years ago, or a slight against this new pillow. Not sure yet.

I had thought the pillow would be thicker, as it's for side sleepers, but the pillow was flat. I did attempt to break it in, but even then, it was to the point that I was basically sleeping without a pillow.

As a 100% side sleeper, I finally found the perfect pillow for my tall body (6' 4"). The Prohi is a great height and the soft but not too soft feel is just right. Thanks for making this special pillow! It's a winner.

This pillow has changed my life. For decades I've searched for a pillow that would allow me a comfortable nights' sleep. I've tried foam, down, synthetic and the list goes on. I was very skeptical but my first night using the Tempur-Adapt ProLo was unlike any other. I lay my head down and didn't move. I highly recommend trying if you're looking for a pillow!

I have tried a handful of tempurpedic pillows and the tempur-adapt line is the all around best for me. I hope they never go away and become a standard pillow in their inventory. Being retail exclusive makes me worried they will go away one day. I have the Tempur-adapt proHi pillow and it is the best, reminds me of the old cloud lineup back in the 2010s with the supreme and luxe versions. I miss those older cloud versions.

Sleeps hot! Not as firm as described. My head sinks in quite a ways at first and by morning the original 6" height is down to about 2" where my head is resting. If I move it takes about 7-8 min to return back to normal. Definitely not worth the hefty price. I have since gone back to using my old pillow. So disappointed!

For about 5 weeks slept really great. Pillow is actually loosing some puffiness as it's being used. Obviously it's expected but I thought it wouldn't breakdown so quickly. It is a good pillow though!

Absolutely terrible. I have over $450 with of temper pillows and they are horrific. They are never the same as in the store. My head flattens everyone of their pillows. Extremely frustrated with this purchase and would definitely steer people away from their pillows.

This pillow is the perfect companion to the Tempur-Pedic Adapt mattress I already have, thanks to Tempur-Pedic for sending me this little luxury! Now it feels like I have the "full set" and my full body gets to experience that comfy foam feeling when I get into bed. I love that it's a high pillow for when I first get into bed and like to sit up to read a little, then I eventually move to my side and the pillow adjusts so nicely to to the change in position. I also got used to having a pillow between my legs when I was pregnant and this pillow is also great for that too because the cushy support it has! Definitely a must if you already are a fan of Tempur-Pedic.

I can't say enough amazing things about this pillow! My neck and upper back are constantly stiff from sitting at a computer all day. I look forward to a good night's rest but with my flat, lackluster pillows, I was uncomfortable and HOT most nights. Tempur-Pedic for provided me with a Tempur-Adapt ProHi Pillow Queen for free so that I could review it, and I don't think I'll use a store-brand pillow again! The ProHi pillow is like nothing (and I mean NOTHING) that I've ever slept on before. The pillow itself is thick, dense, yet supportive; like a memory foam that was built especially for me to cradle my neck and head. The pillow cover is super soft, has a cushioned design on both sides (white on one side, blue on the other), and the case is removable with a hideaway zipper. The very best part is that I stay cool throughout the night! You can still feel the pillow's coolness after 8 hours of sleep, and even after several washes, the case's integrity is upheld and continues to be cool. I'm a side sleeper that normally tosses and turns, but I dont think I moved once in my sleep since getting this dream pillow!

I never knew a goodnight night's sleep until this amazing pillow came into my life!! It's like sleeping on a cloud. It's soft and cozy yet firm and supportive, you just melt into it and it forms to you. It also stays very cool so you never have to flip it around all the time to get the cooler side..It has great temperature regulation! The best part!? It has also has helped take pain and tension away from my neck and shoulders! I'm telling everyone I know to take the plunge and get this pillow, it's truly worth every cent!!

I am a side sleeper and was so excited to try this product, however, it did not meet my expectations. Every night I would end up with my head completely sunken into the pillow. I am on the petite side with a small head, so I don't think it's an issue of the weight of my head. If it didn't sink in so easily, it would have been great as it is a very nice height for a side sleeper.
