Do not purchase these pillows unless you just have money to throw away and can find other uses for them. They are extremely overpriced for the quality you don't receive. They are nothing like what we tried in the store. They go flat and do not support your head and neck. You wake up with a sore spot on your head if you lay in the same position for an extended period of time. I also put the Queen next to the King with a yard stick across them and a level on top of that to compare the height. They are both supposed to be 5 inches tall but the Queen is even lower. I was told by the store, after I received the pillows and having issues, that I need to turn my AC down to 68 or lower in order for them to be like what was in the store. One, I am NOT doing that and two, that should have been communicated while I was trying them out in the store. I will be filling out a warranty on both King and Queen pillows and it better be approved!! Over $500 in pillows that I cannot use!!
The other disappointing point with Tempurpedic pillows is that they will not do any type of exchange or return...even within 30 days. I was previously using Sleep Number beds and pillows and they will allow an exchange on pillows and mattresses within 100 days of purchase with no questions asked. You would think that Tempurpedic would do the same as their competitor. My thought is that they could sanitize and shred the pillows to make the foam for their adaptive pillows. They will take mattresses back to be sanitized and resold at outlet, but will not take pillows??

Purchased a tempurpedic mattress and pillow. I'm still getting used to the pillow. I am mostly a back sleeper. I often struggle to find a pillow that works for my neck curve, and then is also okay if I turn to my side. It's a good height for my neck profile. The pillow starts out pretty comfortable, but then gets a little hard when my head has formed to it. It's pretty heavy to rotate around at night. We've only had them a little less than a month so I'm hoping it gets a little softer while remaining supportive. It seems like it will last a long time, and it does have a cooling fabric. I would possibly recommend it to someone depending on their sleeping preferences.

im a petite woman who likes an extremely soft pillow. although this pillow says the feel is "medium" its PERFECTLY SOFT enough for a soft pillow lover like me. this breeze pro hi is just the right height. also not sure why people are saying its heavy, im a tiny woman & dont agree. i loved the extremely soft feel of the adapt cloud cooling pillow but wanted a pillow with a higher profile while still being soft & this breeze pro hi is exactly that. if youre an adapt cloud cooling pillow lover or just a soft pillow lover, youll love this breeze pro hi

im a petite lady who likes extremely soft pillows, i previously loved the adapt cloud cooling pillow but wanted something with a higher profile, this breeze pro hi is perfect, even though it's described as medium feel, its still soft enough for a soft lover like me, not firm, this is like laying your head on a cloud, love it! also the high profile is not too high, just right! worth the money if your preferences are similar to mine

It's the most uncomfortable and heavy pillow I've ever had. Unfortunately, it says you can't return it on our receipt. Would definitely not recommend this pillow.

This is my second of these, purchased because I loved it and mine was getting a little worn out. The old pillow was firm and supportive, but this new one just sinks in to nothingness like any other pillow, so save your money.

I have purchase 8 of these pillows to replace all of the pillows at home. I was advised by the store associate on which would be the best pillow for myself. They made me lay down and try pillows until they decided that this prolo medium would be the best to keep my back aligned with my neck. Well, this pillow is HORRIBLE! Expensive for no reason (maybe you pay by the lb because it weighs a ton!). I can't sleep because it is too high and it hurts my neck! Worst night with no sleep. I tried to have them changed at the store, but had no luck. Called customer service and had NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Do not waist your money thinking that temper-pedic pillows are great because they are awful!

My wife and I bought the ProHi pillows based on the samples at Mattress Firm, but they were too thick and uncomfortable for us. We wish the salesman would've told us it came in a lower profile version. We like the softness and coolness of the pillows, just not the thickness. We've ordered the ProLo version in hopes they'll work.

I previously owned a soft and conforming temper pillow. I loved it. I tried to get the best pillow for side sleepers, and decided on the breeze. After about a month, I feel like this pillow is too firm. I went back to the Ridgedale Mall Temperpedic store to tell them I am not happy with my purchase. They do not take pillows back. Friday evening I was told via phone they would give me 30% off another pillow, or I could do the BOGO. The next day I went into the store, and the manager told me they could only do 25% off a pillow. It's horrible customer service that a consumer is stuck with a purchase mistake.

Wasn't sure at first that this pillow would work since I heard they hold heat. However, the marketing as it being a "cooling" pillow has actually held true. I love the firmness as well. So far so good!

I bought this for my husband. When I took it out of the box I was amazed at how heavy it was. I thought I'd just wasted a bunch of money as you can't return pillows. I was pleasantly surprised that my husband liked the pillow. He's a side sleeper and runs rather warm and the pillow works well for that even though it's heavy.

For anyone suffering with hot flashes and night sweats, this pillow is for you! I like a firm pillow and have the firmest. Not sure how soft the others are. The pillow actually stays cool. When I wake up, multiple times a night, I just move my head to another part of the pillow and feel instant relief. I don't have to use a fan next to my bed to cool off. This really has been a positive experience.

This is my second tempurpedic pillow. I am spoiled and can't sleep well with any other pillow. It has the perfect amount of support and I love how it stays cool so you don't have to flip your pillow over half way through the night! Worth every penny!!

I purchased 2 pillows on 9/15. Within 24 hours, a new promotion for buy one get one free started, and I opened an online request to cancel my order immediately (within 24 hours). On 9/17, I called the customer service. She was patient and nice. She told me that I cannot cancel the order because the label has been created, though it's not even delivered yet. She told me that it's harder to cancel, but she will create another ticket for promotion team to see if they can replace my order with the new deal since it's almost the same day for the promotion start and my purchase. She told me that it should be do-able.
This morning, despite how helpless and frustrated I feel, the promotion team (Joe P. and Olivia J.) only respond "We are unable to cancel this order as it has shipped. I am sorry this is the case." Would be great if they can tell me if there's any alternative solution, or how I can escalate the request. Also, instead of using one sentence to tell me it is what it is, it would be great answer my other questions in the same email.
Overall, I don't feel they really care about my ask. That's what I feel disappointed about because other than that, Tempur-pedic does make good pillows. It used to be my favorite brand.

I'd sleep better if I used a sandbag.
The pillow does not cool, is not suitable for side or back sleepers, does not adapt to your shape, nor cradle your neck and shoulders. It does none of the things promised in the performance specs, which is quite literally the definition of false advertising.
To top it off, had we purchased on A**z**, we could have returned it after using it for two nights. However, because we chose to buy it from a Tempurpedic, no return (which was unclear and only mentioned after the transaction completed). And again, this is despite the fact that it does not measure up to the promise.
This product has changed my life, most notably because it left me with a stiff neck, while simultaneously causing me to light my hard-earned money on fire.
